Circumstances: On October 31, 2022, at about 0100 hours, the Anderson Police Department received a report of fourteen catalytic converters being stolen from Schwann’s delivery trucks while they were parked within an enclosed yard. This location has been victimized multiple times in the last several months to include vandalism and theft from the vehicles.
