Do not use this form to report a new crime or a crime in progress. This form is only for submitting tips to Shasta County Secret Witness. Fill in as much information as you can. If you don’t know something, you can leave that field blank. You can also report in progress crimes by calling SHASCOM at 530-225-4564. If you have an emergency, call 911.
