Circumstances: On 10/12/24 at 1857 hours, Matthew Rosser was seen escaping from the Juvenile Rehabilitation Facility, running southwest to Bonnyview Road. Last seen wearing JRF issued clothing, black shirt, blue pants and black shoes.

Suspect: Matthew Edward Rosser, white male, DOB 06/13/2007, 17 years old Hgt: 6’0” / Wgt: 165 / Hair:  Black / Eyes: Hazel
