Circumstances: On 10/12/24 at 1857 hours, Devon Lee Peters was seen escaping from the Juvenile Rehabilitation Facility, running southwest to Bonnyview Road. Last seen wearing JRF issued clothing, gray shirt, blue pants and black shoes.

Suspect: Devon Lee Peters, white male, DOB 07/27/2007, 17 years old Hgt: 5’5” / Wgt: 140 / Hair: Brown / Eyes: Blue
