Circumstances: On 10/12/24 at 1857 hours, Shawn Rider was seen escaping from the Juvenile Rehabilitation Facility, running southwest to Bonnyview Road. Last seen wearing JRF issued clothing,  maroon shirt, blue pants and black shoes.

Suspect: Shawn Avery Rider, white male, DOB 12/12/2006, 17 years old Hgt: 5’4” / Wgt: 140 / Hair: Brown / Eyes: Blue
