The mother of Jessica ROGGENKAMP contacted the Anderson Police Department to report her daughter missing. ROGGENKAMP was last known to be driving her black 2010 Ford Mustang to the Igo area at about 03:00 AM on December 10, 2016. Prior to ROGGENKAMP’s departure, she obtained a sleeping bag and pillow.
