Circumstances: On May 06, 2022 the Redding Police Department received a report of a burglary near the Shasta County Juvenile Hall at 2680 Radio Lane in Redding, CA. During the burglary, 3 Stihl chainsaws, 2 Stihl weed trimmers, 2 Stihl handheld leaf blowers, and 1 Stihl hedge trimmer were stolen. Two white male adults were observed in the area after the burglary occurred.

Circumstances: On 03/19/22 at 3:25 a.m., Anderson PD Officers responded to a report of an indiscriminate shooting in the 2900 block of Cobblestone Loop in the City of Anderson. Officers located 16 expended .223 rifle cartridges in the street. No victims or suspects were identified at the scene. A video surveillance system in the area caught the shooting audio only, but no useable video was obtained. The audio sounded as if the rifle fired was an automatic rifle. An argument could be heard just prior to the shooting.

This incident occurred while the store was occupied with shoppers.

Circumstances: On Wednesday, 6/9/2021 at approximately 4:43 a.m., the victim, Wally Rogers of Redding, was found deceased in the roadway, near the intersection of S. Bonnyview Rd. and Indianwood Dr. in Redding. He appeared to have been walking in the area, when he was struck by a vehicle and killed. The unknown driver of the vehicle left the scene after striking the victim, and did not report what had occurred.

Circumstances: On March 11, 2021 between 10:25 p.m. and 10:40 p.m. a pedestrian was attempting to cross SR-299 (Main Street) just west of Hudson Street in the township of Burney. At that time a vehicle traveling westbound SR-299 fatality struck and killed the pedestrian and subsequently fled the scene. At this time CHP is seeking any information from anyone who was in the vicinity at the time of the collision or has any information that can successfully lead to the prosecution or discovery of the suspect or suspect vehicle.

Circumstances: Anthony Richards was engaged to be married. On 8/19/2020 he dropped his fiancé off at the Sacramento Airport, and was supposed to drive to Eureka to see family before driving to New York to live with his Fiancé. On 8/20/2020 Anthony Richards went to Lake Redding Park Boat Ramp Area for unknown reasons. It is unknown what happened at the boat ramp, but he was never seen or heard from again from any of his family or friends. His disappearance is suspicious.

Circumstances: On September28, 2020 at approximately 2202 hours, deputies were in the area of 299E and Bakus Road, Round Mountain, when they heard several gunshots from the area of Windy Point Road, approximately a quarter mile east of their location. Deputies responded and located Noel Garcia deceased from gunshot wounds to his upper body.

The major Crimes Unit is seeking information leading to the location and subsequent arrest of the suspect(s) who is responsible for this homicide.

Circumstances: There has been no contact with William since 6/25/20 when he spoke to his daughter by phone and requested she pick him up from his residence. William has difficulty hearing, seeing, and walking, he is also diabetic. Williams lived with his son, Daun Sanders, who was his sole caregiver. Daun committed a triple homicide and is now deceased.

Based on the homicide investigation William is at-risk and we believe he is the victim of foul play at the hands of this son, Daun Sanders.

Circumstances: The Redding Police Department is asking for assistance with locating a missing person. Danielle Renee Bisnell (27 years of age) was reported missing after she left the Redding area in the early morning hours of December 8th , 2019, and travelled to Oregon with an unknown male subject. Bisnell continued talking with family and friends via telephone while in Oregon until the evening hours of December 10th , 2019 at which point all communication stopped. Bisnell has not been seen or heard from since that day.
